Slow down. You’re home.
Shared homes in Singapore where life can settle in.
A home should support the life lived within it.
We believe a good home does more than provide shelter.
It shapes how we rest, think, and move through our days.
At Dwell Well, we focus on the small details that make daily life feel easier and calmer.
Spaces that invite people to slow down
Warm lighting, natural flow, and quiet corners to recharge
Calm atmosphere shaped through sound, smell, and thoughtful routines
Homes maintained with care and consistency
Shared spaces where respect comes naturally
Every Dwell Well home is considered beyond the basics of shared living.
We don’t aim to house the most people.
We aim to care well for the right ones.

ON CHOOSING THIS HOME
Walk-ups have always held a particular charm for us. Their generous proportions and shared spaces invite a slower pace of living, where daily life has room to breathe and evenings settle naturally.
Much of the home’s original character has been preserved, with only a few thoughtful updates.
The result is a warm, light-filled home that feels lived-in from the start.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
“The spaces we live in quietly shape the lives we lead.”
I’ve lived in Singapore for many years, far from the home I grew up in.
Over time, I realised how much the feeling of home shapes the way we move through life — the warmth of shared meals, the quiet comfort of familiar routines, the calm that comes from a space that feels safe and steady.
Living away from family meant learning to recreate that feeling for myself. In every home I lived in — whether shared with others or on my own — I found myself trying to build the same sense of warmth and ease that my mom had always created for us growing up: a home that felt calm, clean, orderly, and welcoming.
A year ago, I stepped away from a demanding career in music and entertainment to slow down and live more intentionally. Somewhere in the transition, Dwell Well came to me naturally — shaped by the homes I have created for myself over the years.
Those spaces slowly became a refuge — not just for me, but for the friends who passed through them. Places where people could slow down, let their walls down, and simply breathe for a while.
Dwell Well was created to share that feeling with others.
Because when our homes support us, everything else in life becomes a little easier. We think more clearly. We move more gently through the world. We show up better for the people around us.
And sometimes, all it takes is a good home to begin again.
